  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver within Lebanon only.

  • Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.

If your area is not covered, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after order processing.

  • Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in selected areas (subject to confirmation).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as traffic or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a confirmation message with delivery details.

  • For tracking or delivery updates, you can contact us directly.

6. Food Safety & Handling

  • Our products are freshly prepared and carefully packaged to maintain quality during transit.

  • We recommend consuming refrigerated items as soon as possible upon delivery.

Savoureux is not responsible for quality issues resulting from delayed acceptance of the delivery by the customer.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate.

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos if applicable

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
